Frankie's Bio
Born in a small town in South Carolina, Frankie Allen grew up living the typical small-town life. An only child, she was encouraged early by her parents to follow her dreams. While still a teenager, Frankie was introduced to Earl Nightingale's book Think and Grow Rich and his recording of Lead the Field. Immediately Frankie knew that she did not want a life of ordinary but that her mission in life would be to help others see how they too could reach their fullest potential and live the life of their dreams.
After marrying her high school sweetheart and graduating college Frankie began a teaching career where she encouraged young people to be their best. On the walls of her classroom was the quote, “If you can dream it, you can do it.!” In 1979 Frankie gave birth to a beautiful baby girl and life was good. Just a few years later however, her husband was diagnosed with Crohn's disease and the prognosis was not good. Never one to give up, Frankie held the family together during those days with her strong faith in God and her positive attitude. She also did what she could do best – use her creativity to turn a negative into a positive. Seeing that home video was just beginning its rise to popularity, Frankie got the idea to create a self-help video that adults could use to learn to play the piano. After creating and producing the video she left teaching and co-founded two companies, Basic Skills Video and Custom Video Services with her husband. Frankie was also listed in Who' Who in Entertainment in the late 80's.
After a long struggle Frankie's husband's disease was in remission and he believed that God was calling him to full time Christian service. Trusting God, they sold the video businesses and Dennis entered seminary. Frankie went back to teaching for a brief period to help support the family.
1993 would take the family to Spartanburg , SC where her husband pastored a small rural church. Frankie's positive attitude and business savvy caught the eye of a CEO who hired her to go to work for him and eventually create and oversee the Human Resources department. Frankie also continued to personally coach others to reach their own dreams and make changes in their lives.
After moving to Nashville in 2001, Frankie accepted a Human Resources position with a large entertainment company. As a result of continued requests for personal coaching Frankie started Extreme Life Change, where she offers workshops, seminars, and personal coaching to help people reach their fullest potential in all areas of their life. Frankie's mission statement says it all:“I will use the creative talents, skills, and abilities, given to me by God to help others reach their fullest potential and wake up and love what they do.” |
